FAQ

Micro bus rental questions

What is the difference between a micro bus and a Hiace?
A Toyota Hiace holds up to 10 passengers and has good luggage space — the right choice for most groups. A micro bus (coaster) holds 11–15 but has less luggage room. For trekking groups with heavy gear, we often recommend a Hiace plus a separate luggage vehicle.
How much does micro bus hire cost in Kathmandu?
City day hire starts from NPR 12,000 including driver, fuel, and parking. Long routes are quoted per trip. WhatsApp us your route, date, and group size for a fixed price.
Can a micro bus travel on Nepal's highways?
Yes. Micro buses are suitable for main paved highways (Prithvi, Mahendra, Arniko). For mountain tracks or rough roads, a Hiace or Land Cruiser is more appropriate.
