What's covered in every rental

What is included in the quoted price?
Every Autara Rental quote includes: experienced English-speaking driver, fuel, all highway tolls, parking fees, and waiting time within the agreed hours. There are no hidden charges. The price you see on WhatsApp is the price you pay.
What is NOT included?
Driver overnight allowance (10 USD / NPR 1,500/night) on multi-day trips is extra. Entrance fees to national parks, heritage sites, or viewpoints are paid by the passenger. Peak season (March–May, September–November) may have a small surcharge — we tell you upfront when quoting.
Do you charge extra for early morning or late-night pick-ups?
No. We do not charge extra for airport pickups at 3 AM or late-night transfers. The quoted price is fixed regardless of flight timing.
Can I change the itinerary during the trip?
Yes. If you want to add a stop or extend the hours, tell your driver or WhatsApp us. We will give you an updated price for the extra time or distance — always agreed before the change.
