Corporate hire questions

How does monthly driver hire work?
You get a dedicated driver for the full calendar month. The driver is available for your assigned hours (typically 8–10 hrs/day, 5–6 days/week). Same driver every day — no uncertainty about who is coming. Monthly invoice at end of month. WhatsApp us for monthly pricing.
Can you provide vehicles for visiting international delegations?
Yes. We arrange executive airport pickup, multi-vehicle convoys, and full-day guide-driver service for delegations visiting Nepal. We can coordinate with your event management team on timing and logistics.
Do you issue VAT receipts?
Yes. We issue VAT invoices for all corporate bookings. For monthly accounts, we send a consolidated invoice at the end of the month covering all trips. Receipts are available for individual trips on request.
How quickly can you arrange a vehicle?
For ad-hoc bookings, we typically confirm within 30–60 minutes if a vehicle is available. For same-day airport pickups, book at least 2 hours before the arrival time. For ongoing corporate accounts, we set up a dedicated contact and can respond faster.
